Stephen J. Kiel is the Founder and President of the Hudson Consulting Group. He has provided senior executive and business advisory leadership to troubled companies in the retail sector. Stephen was a partner with Deloitte & Touche Consulting, directing a regional retail sector and capital markets practice. Mr. Kiel has served over 120 clients in retail, distribution, manufacturing, health care and financial services industries. Representative clients include Target Stores, Revco, Sherwin Williams, Linens & Things, Marshall Fields, Houlihan’s Restaurants Group, Avery International, St. Paul Ramsey Hospitals, and the School Employees Retirement System. Mr. Kiel is Certified Public Accountant (currently non-practicing), a Certified Management Consultant, and a Certified Internal Auditor. He has both his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
Shawn J. Tolan is the Director of Healthcare practice at Hudson Consulting Group. He is responsible for sourcing CEO candidates and deal opportunities related to the Life Sciences vertical. Shawn is also the Senior Partner of SearchPath of Atlanta North Metro, a premier Executive Search firm committed to performance, quality and results. As the leader of the firm’s Global Healthcare Practice, Shawn focuses on serving Healthcare organizations includes serving clients in the medical device, biotechnology and research instrumentation industries. Shawn has spent his entire career (over 25 years) in Healthcare Sales, Sales Leadership and Marketing. He played an integral role in the development and successful launch of one of the industry’s premier Infusion device platforms, leading to well over $200M in sales since its release. His leadership and commitment to excellence helped his organization achieve unprecedented success in a highly competitive market. Based in Atlanta, Shawn earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. Shawn currently serves as the Chair of SearchPath’s Advisory Board.
